Definitions
The term "Seller" in these terms and conditions refers to the individual or entity that owns the website and receives the order for the purchase. The term "Buyer" refers to the person or organization placing the order.
The term "Goods or services" refers to the product(s) or service(s) for which the buyer has placed an order with the seller.
Payment
Payment for orders is required upon completion of the purchase. If payment is not received or the payment method is declined, the order will not be fulfilled, and no products will be shipped. Failure to complete payment results in forfeiture of ownership of any items. We accept most major credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, and Discover, among others.
Cancellation
Cancellation of an order is only possible before the shipment work begins. In case the shipment has commenced, the buyer will be held responsible for returning the items if they decide to cancel the order.

Any complaints about items or the seller should be submitted to our support team. Please email: orangecandico@gmail.com . We will do our absolute best to find an acceptable remedy to any situation that may arise. Each case will be looked at individually and the seller will be in contact.
Legalities
The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the goods or services. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility. Any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of the site owner’s state.
