Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 36 business hours, depending on what shipping service you have selected. Please note orders may or may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Items being shipped from an international location will take longer depending on customization. 7 to 10 business days plus shipping If you receive a defective item, please contact us at ORANGE CANDI CO with details of the product and the defect. Customs fees may apply.
You have 15 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery. All items must be in the original package and have not been worn or torn in any way. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, and accessories. All returns will be refunded via PayPal. After we have successfully inspected the product. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests. The returns will be made at your own cost. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out.
